I came home from work to find my basement flooding. I called High Mark to come assess the incident. High Mark found the issue to be the water hose on my fridge to be the cause…they replaced that line with a braided line so that will never happen again. High Mark also serviced all the plumbing and heating valves in my home. High Mark also installed a water softener and a valve that allows me to turn the water off from my phone and sends me information if there is ever a leak when l am away so l never come home to a leak again….Amazing work and service from High Mark Plumbing,Very reliable and glad they also showed me how to protect my home from future issues.Highly recommended and appreciated!

We unexpectedly but somewhat urgently contacted Highmark Plumbing & Heating this morning as our furnace was acting up. We were extremely pleased that HighMark was able to fit us in same day. The receptionist advised of their cost to come out to diagnose and that the charge would be applied to our invoice if we went with their quote. Brian Wota was dispatched and arrived nice and quick well within the timeframe they advised us. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable. With things that I do not understand like heating and HVAC, it’s nice to have a qualified technician to be easy to talk to and ask questions. Brian had great insights, tips and was able to explain things in layman’s terms so I could easily understand. Furthermore Brian went out of his way to get the needed parts and was prepared to get the job done the same day so our family had heat tonight. Highly recommend Brian and HighMark Plumbing & Heating. This was my third dealing with Brian and his company and I am pleased with the friendly, professional and efficient service he and his crew have provided.He’s installed an on-demand tankless boiler, water softener, added a new garage heater and now fixed my heating issue with the furnace.He’ll be my go-to person for any HVAC work needed.Thank you for the great work!

Brian asked us questions to help determine our needs regarding a gas garage heater. His installation work was efficient, well done, and tidy. We are very satisfied with the work. Previously, Brian also dealt with a water softener install, which was similarly done well.

Brian and his team did an excellent job at replacing my furnace and hot water system. I couldn’t believe how much more comfortable the systems they recommended made my living space.
